Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date the item is delivered (or collected from my studio) to request a return. All eligible returns will be accepted for store credit in the form of a giftcard (or website coupon) which will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@juliareadercreates.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We also recommend using a tracked service when sending items back to us as we will not be responsible for any items that have not been successfully delivered back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
We will act promptly upon receiving your return request via email, and you can expect a response within 48 hours. Upon receiving your return item, we will again act within 48 hours to issue you with a gift card or web coupon, and we will communicate this with you via email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you receive your gift card, make a separate purchase for the new item.
