Description

It’s the collaboration you have all been waiting for! A friendship spanning over 20 years when these two met through their design studies, Julia and Bianca go way back. Waaaay back.

Julia is a lover of nature and the creator of many beautiful watercolour artworks. Bianca is a doodler with a love for wonky lines and illustrating beautiful buildings (her work is published too!). Together, these Mount Gambier artists give you the opportunity to create your own one-of-a-kind watercolour building artwork!

‘Watercolour Buildings’  is designed for the beginner and intermediate who appreciate beautiful buildings. Perhaps your place is your childhood home or a location you admired on a holiday. Regardless of what or where it is, Bianca and Julia will step you through the process of drawing it and painting it, including all the little details that will bring it to life!

This workshop is a very small group (only 6 participants) which means we can all support each other through the process and learn new things. It’s not about perfect perspective and super straight lines – it’s about capturing the love you have for your place.

What to bring:

Bring along a photo reference (preferably printed) of a building that you love. We will have references available but it’s always nicer to have your own memory to draw. Oh, bring a ‘have-a-go’ attitude too, but please leave your perfectionism at the door!
